Refund policy

In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with us at info@joeandfuzz.com.  We will send a free replacement in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

 

*Please note that in case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.*

 

However, it should be pointed out that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Joe and Fuzz.com will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
